Around the same time last year, I shot my first wedding since
Covid came around. There were only 10 of us in the church
including the priest. The preparations were done at the bride’s
house where the reception also took place. It was like
back in the 80 or early 90’s all over again.
This wedding was years in the making. It’s kind of ironic
that they chose to get married during the most difficult times
to get married. If you ask me, that kind of resolve is
what is required to marry someone.

It was nothing short of wonderful.
It rained hard in the morning of their wedding.
But we’re all smiles.

I was wondering why Loar took a while before entering the church so I walked towards the door. This is her, struggling to keep all of her emotions at bay. Wedding wrap you up in some sort of spell. It is so overwhelmingly wonderful.
