I’ve long wanted to sell this chicken barbeque as soon as I had tried one back in the house of my good friends up in Quezon City. When I brought some to Cebu, Stephen, his wife Ash and myself all agreed in unison. This was up there in terms of flavor.
Luckily, my friends shared the recipe for me to try and sell. Here we are. Salt and Bird.
It’s a work in progress but over the course of a week, we’ve sold quite a bit and have had a few repeat orders from good friends. Last Sunday we grilled over 50 pcs. I was dead tired after.
