I had tickets to Dubai when Nova asked about us
Too bad, they haven’t had a wedding date yet
So a meeting was the only thing we arranged
When we met in Dubai a little over a year ago
She and Brendan, however, were so sure they’ll get me
To take these pictures of their wedding
When we parted ways, we agreed to keep in touch
And when a date was finally set, we talked again and agreed
When we arrived at our accommodation in Leyte last week
These two were still running a few errands
They’ve planned for this and wanted to get involved
I could not be happier we were all part of the plan
Nova and Brendan, Thank You so much for having us around.
I woke up at 5:30AM to capture the calm
Slept again and woke up later to begin shooting.
All at sea.
Kids are always a joy to shoot at wedding preps.
The boys.
I took Nova out to sea.
Luckily, it wasn’t too warm
We had a good time.
The ladies waiting for their turn.
It’s time.
I just clicked whenever I wanted to.
The cloudy skies helped us a lot.
Nova and Brendan preparing.
This is Brendan
And that weird looking plant.
Time to find the groomsmen.
So they can have a shot.
Up!
I thought this place was cool.
Brendan’s family.
And Nova’s too!
This red barn looking parking area looked perfect.
I enjoyed taking pictures here.
Walk ladies, walk.
Some Nova time.
I purposely picked Champagne Supernova from Oasis.
Because that’s such a cool name.
Is it? Hahaha.
The ladies at church.
Grooms always have a big smile.
With feelings.
Nova, just outside the door.
Can’t wait, ey.
Here’s Nova, her mama and papa waiting.
Some emotional tears.
This always gets me. What the!
Everyone’s excited.
Let us pray.
A little serious now.
I usually just stay in one corner at church.
Rings please.
I love church photos too.
The sponsors.
The ladies.
Adorable little kids in church.
A kiss to seal the covenant.
And off we go.
A tradition in Leyte!
The reception was done by Carlo Abaquita and his team.
They’ve done it quite well.
We took a few photos inside.
While everyone was on their way.
These guys are running from the ants.
While these two are walking away from us.
Bouquet toss?
That leaf I picked on the ground.
We wanted to use these during their pre wedding. Luckily, we didn’t.
It was perfect for the wedding.
And here we go.
Sparklers.
A kiss to begin the reception.
The first dance.
And then a little time with the parents.
Before everybody danced YMCA!
Look at these two laughing.
And this guy too! Hahaha.
Thank You Nova and Brendan.
