I remember how hesitant I was about flying to Taiwan
A peer referred me to shoot this pre wedding
But since I didn’t particularly knew who I was shooting
I thought, I might have a hard time taking pictures
But it seemed like we were left with little options
So accepted the challenge.
After all, we have such a small industry
If help each other, we will all be in a better place.
This was back in August
My first time in Taiwan
And I thought it was really good
Pretty much like the people in front of my camera
Thank You Bence and Bernz
First stop was the Rainbow Village.
We almost got lost but figured it out anyway
We had milk tea.
Took us quite a while to get acquainted with each other.
So we were laughing
And smiling while taking the first few pictures
It was warm and we were hungry but these two were game.
Kids would love all the colors.
Run!
We’ve some serious pictures too, you know?
Let’s go.
Next stop was the Lavender Fields in Tai Chung
It looked really, really nice.
But there were a few insects.
It was also a bit muddy.
Where to Bernz?
Then we got closer.
And serious.
It was just wonderful.
Up ahead the lavender plantation was this.
The colors looked really good.
We can do no wrong.
We lacked sleep but all was well.
Bernz and Bence
I wish there was more of this grass here.
The next day, we woke up early to hike up the Elephant Mountain and got this view.
The Taipei 101 is so majestic
We hang around for an hour or so
Enjoying the view of the city.
It doesn’t look like it but it was a challenge climbing up there.
Hiding ey?
Before lunch we passed by Chiang Kai Shek Memorial
We were already tired but still managed to squeeze these.
There were a few tourists
So exhausted we could sit down.
These were huge.
After getting a couple of hours to rest, we escaped.
Bernz, Bence, the videographer and me.
We headed to the Red House
Where the coffee was to die for.
I will come back for that Latte soon.
It was the most fun I had in my stay there.
Double date?
Bricks are always nice.
It was a fun afternoon.
And it wasn’t too hot as well.
We walked with everybody
Coming back soon Ximen.
This isn’t particularly my cup of tea but.
We were already there so.
This was our last day.
The view up top.
There were too many people at Jiufen so I looked up and took pictures.
This felt like being in a faux central station.
The ambiance was pretty cool.
Thank You Bence and Bernz.
Our team.
