Lyndon and Angeli’s wedding at the Waterfront last Saturday
Was our last one for the next couple of weeks
I think the next one will be in October
And I could be worried, but I’m looking at it from the other side
We all need to breathe, or so I think
I met Angeli a few months back when she asked me to take pictures
And then Lyndon just last month for their pre wedding session
I remember seeing happy faces of family and friends
Who laughed their hearts out during the reception
And stayed until the end, something we don’t see to often
Attorney and Angeli, Thank You. Really! For having us around.
The setup threw us out of the rhythm a little bit because there was a different make-up room. It made the bridal room really quiet.
This is Angeli. Who looked really, really happy.
She kept telling me before our pre wedding that she doesn’t really know how to pose and this and that.
Their baby, LA, kept crying while waiting for us to finish the portraits.
Meet the bridesmaids.
Attorney Lyndon is all set for portraits.
The last two men… Haha.
Finishing touches!
And off we go!
This little one was the cutest of them all.
Looking good Attorney!
I love this part of the waterfront.
While the video team took clips, I hid and took this one.
Finally, it was Angeli’s turn.
She was the last one out of the room. We had to hurry up a bit.
Stand, shoulder to shoulder, turn your head left and right and talk to each other.
What’s up Gel?
Blurry skirts!
Huge windows.
Angeli all set to head to church.
Last minute chit-chat before the ceremony starts.
LA was also ready to hit the aisle.
Attorney walked the aisle with his Uncle.
The guests outside waiting for their turn. It was a little warm but no one minded it at all.
There’s LA!
And finally, Angeli.
Some cheered, others smiled and perhaps cried too.
Attorney sang Ikaw by Yeng while Angeli walked towards him.
It was only our 3rd time shooting a wedding on the Saint Jude church at the Central Command in Lahug.
These two are already discussing what songs to sing later in the reception.
Stephen and myself enjoy this part of the ceremony quite a bit.
We’d like to think these were such scenes from a movie.
After the marriage rites, the priest asked the newly weds to bless to their parents and principal sponsors. Here’s to Attorney’s Mama.
Kids singing “Our Father”
The final blessing.
The Kiss!
And a quick picture of the newly wed family.
While everyone waited for their turn.
We also took a few pictures just under the trees. In college, Stephen and myself are here every Saturdays for ROTC.
The whole gang!
Getting a ton of people walk together is such a challenge, you know?
With feelings.
And off we go to the party.
A few details from the reception.
And then the entrance. Hahaha!
These three weren’t at the group pictures because they were rehearsing and tuning their instruments.
There was also a grand dance number.
Which the newlyweds enjoyed.
The singles game took so long.
The ladies scrambled.
And the two on the left won it. Look at Attorney and Angeli.
The night ended with a song from Lyndon’s Mama.
And a final “Thank You” to everyone.
