The last set of debut pictures that we took were from
Drinne’s sister Patricia, 2 years ago
So yeah, I’m not kidding when I say
I don’t often get to shoot coming of age parties.
But around 4 years ago or so their mom, Idah
Already promised me that there’ll be no one else to
Take the pictures when her daughters turn 18
Luckily, the celebrants didn’t argue with her
Thank you over and over Idah.
One more next year and the next thing we’ll be taking about
will be… You know?
They brought their dogs which was cool.
The sun sets really late these days you know? 4PM feels like 2PM.
But the ocean breeze was nice.
Sometimes we stood still too.
There was a also this nice patch of grass towards the end of the road.
I didn’t even tell Drinne what to do. She just bent down and touched the leaves.
And then more walking and staying still.
Standing in the middle of yesterday, I said on my Instagram post of this picture.
It was a good afternoon, I must say.
These leaves always make my day.
Before it got dark, Drinne asked her friends to join her.
And it was a whole lot of fun.
Who says your friends can’t join your pre debut shoot?
And I’m proud to say, it was my freaking idea.
Because her mom kept saying that Drinne’s really shy.
Once everyone joined, we ran.
Coke is always cool!
Cheers!
Luckily there was a drainage pipe for me to stand on.
Chucks are the way to go.
I’ve never felt so old!
We ended the session with this colorful, powdery things.
I thought it was great.
Oh yeah!
A bath should be in order.
Oh my!
It was fun but poor shirts!
See!
But really glad these set of friends joined.
It made everything lighter.
Last hurrah!
It’s a mess.
The emoji girls.
I’m really bad at names because I’m old.
What’s up?
Colour!
And that’s it…
