I guess I wrote back then about some songs growing on you
Those that aren’t particularly ear friendly the first time
But then you hear it again, and then the beat or a lyric catches you off guard
If you’re reading this and are hearing the song playing
This isn’t one of those songs because this, i liked a lot the first time I heard it
As a matter of fact, I went to the record store and bought the disk
I’ve always approached shooting as close to personal as I can
And that goes with the song selection too.
I only pick songs that I listen to on a regular basis
And these are songs from way, way back
I had wanted to play Do It For Me Now on a wedding for some time now
When I met Lenvin and Lazyll, I knew exactly what I needed to do
It was our first time at Climaco Beach House. We had the place to ourselves.
They didn’t allow shoes inside and this was just early in the morning.
It was a far, far commute from Cebu City but it was a really nice place.
An excerpt from Do It For Me Now written sang by Angels and Airwaves.
Everybody seemed so busy.
Lazyll’s dress was as laid back as the wedding. The bouquet was especially made by First of April.
Lenvin sneaked into Lazyll’s room like from a recent movie.
While Lazyll was having her hair done.
The outside was full of shoes as soon as people started arriving.
We sneaked in on some conversations too, you know?
Just before the boys headed out for a quick swim. Not!
After lunch, it was time to get ready.
So a portrait session was in order.
Gentlemen first!
And then the ladies.
We had all sorts of fun running around.
Here’s Lazyll who practiced with me during the pre wedding shoot. Hahaha.
It was a windy day and despite of the sun, everybody stayed out because it was cool.
These two are twins.
It’s the guys turn again.
Nothing fancy. Just straight out natural.
And then the ladies.
Who didn’t shy away from the slits… Hahaha.
Before the ceremony started, I took a few photos of Lazyll.
Here she is really, really happy.
From this corner, everything was just wonderful.
They exchanged their vows just beside the sea.

And we are underway.
A few friends cried when Lazyll walked down the aisle.
That’s how you should kiss!
Lenvin has nice hands. I just noticed while typing this.
After the ceremony, I took them somewhere for a quick post nup session.
This was near a pond where luckily bombells grow.
I just asked them to hold each other. They took care of the rest.
We headed out to sea.
And closed our eyes.

Even before the party started, everyone was already dancing.
And when the sun set, we lit the lights and started the reception.
Here’s the grand entrance.

Before we capped off the night with Lenvin and Lazyll exchanging their personal vows. Thank You, you two!
