My good friend, Stephen, who always shoots with me says,
“It’s really tiring to shoot weddings, but there’s always this sense of happiness right after”
In college, we both didn’t want to miss school
We didn’t particularly liked the classes but we enjoyed wasting time at the lobby
13 years after, here we are still laughing our hearts out
And we couldn’t have been any more excited shooting a wedding
Where the bride’s musical taste suited ours
The first thing we did when we arrived was to rock our hearts out. Shiela asked me to tune her guitar so she can play a song.
“Time, is never time at all”
“You can never ever leave without leaving a piece of youth”
Her mother made made her gown and all the other gowns and suits I believe.
“And you’re never ever sure…”
“But you’re sure you could be right if you held yourself up to the light”
“And our lives are forever changed.”
“We will never be the same.”
