Everything Happens for a Reason

Ashton didn’t want to sleep in the bed today.
 
Every single attempt of me putting him down just made him cry.
 
I was tired and frustrated.
 
And then I gave up, sat down on the bed and closed my eyes while he was in my arms.
 
That was when I felt his heart beat against mine.
 
And everything made perfect sense.
 
There is no other feeling in the world.
