I’m not sure if these pictures deserve to be here in the first place. I think, however, I need to be reminded of how to take pictures that tell real stories. I am putting this up so it serves as a reminder that once I’d lost this fire and have regained it back starting the 1st of November.

Here in the Philippines, November 1 & 2 are important dates. It is a time where we pay homage & respect to our faithfully departed. People flock the cemeteries bringing food, flowers, bringing everyone in the family & bring with them memories of their departed ones that forever remain in their hearts. Because my Papa & Mama came from opposite parts of the country, it’s quite rare that I’ve experienced this yearly tradition. Yesterday, I made it a point to tell my bestfriend that I was coming with him to visit his Papa. I am so blessed to have 2 fathers already and I know in my heart he was the 3rd. Yes, we barely talked but he would always hold a special place in my heart. If not for him, I would not have found a good friend & brother in Stephen.

It was also a good time to try out using our first Full Frame Camera! You got that right. We recently added a new member to our family, a Canon EOS 6D. I named my 7D before as Red. I’d like to name 6D as Fire, you can pronounce that as Fa-yer! It is a truly marvelous camera. I am loving the FF Goodness and how good it performs under low light as you can see in some of the Photographs below.

Here are some of our pictures from yesterday. I could not say THANK YOU enough for everything Christina… My new favourite number… 19 Thank You Choy… I would have been nothing without you! Thank You Ash, for understanding everything I put myself into… Da-ut loves you! I purposely included this last one to remind us how precious Life is!
